A certified archery facilitator will instruct participants on the equipment terminology and technique of shooting a bow to help participants further develop their shooting abilities during this 2-hour session.
- Learn proper warm-up exercises and use them before shooting 
- Learn the safety rules for handling arrows and how to remove arrows from a target. 
- Learn the safety rules for handling the bow, how to hold the bow for shooting and at rest. 
- Learn how to put on the arm guard. 
- Learn the parts of the archery range, the safety rules for the range, and procedures, including verbal and whistle commands. 
- Learn how to score 
- Practice shooting with our long bows, recurve bows or compound bows.

Registration Fee - $20
Session is strictly for youth participants between the age of 11-18 years of age. Requirements for the Girl Scout Cadette level archery badge will be completed as well as multiple requirements for the Boy Scout archery badge in this 2-hour session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Program fee refunds will not be issued for cancellations received two weeks or less before the program start date.
