Join us for a weekend of outdoor skill activities and an opportunity to connect with other like-minded youth leaders in the community! This weekend is designed for those who have experienced the great outdoors and need a weekend of mindfulness, relaxation, and networking or for the adult who is looking to expand their outdoor knowledge by learning effective tips and processes to use with friends, family, and youth groups on their own adventures. This is an adult only weekend.
Weekends are comprised of campfires, campfire building, seasonal crafts, ceremonies, simple to advanced cooking over the fire, songs, sharing ideas, games, canoeing, archery, star gazing, identification of native plants and animals, and fellowship with other community volunteers. While we try to touch base on many topics, not every topic is covered during the weekend. Our weekend schedule allows for open discussions about challenges faced in the outdoors while leading youth and our schedule is created based on the feedback during the registration process as well as the experience of the participants registered for the weekend.
All meals will be cooked and/or prepared outdoor style utilizing several methods of campfire cooking, boxed ovens, flowerpots, and other cooking methods. Overnight accommodations are included Palmer Lodge with a bunk and mattress per participant, showers, flushable toilets, and heat if required. Participants will receive communication via email approximately one to two weeks prior to the event with more details, including workshop choices (if applicable), a packing list, menu for the weekend and any additional updated information at that time.

Includes all programming, meals, activities, and overnight lodging Friday through Sunday
Day Fee - $30
Includes Saturday programming, lunch, dinner, and activities
CANCELLATION POLICY
Program fee refunds will not be issued for cancellations received two weeks or less before the program start date.
